No. Open a pair below, paste a receive address, and broadcast ETC to the deposit on that order. ToSwap does not open a login or a named balance.
Can I use a MetaMask ETH account to pay an ETC ToSwap order?
Only after the wallet is on Ethereum Classic and the address format matches. Sending on ETH L1 to an ETC ToSwap deposit will not credit.
