This Privacy Policy describes how ToSwap (toswap.io) handles information when you use our leading privacy-first, NO-KYC exchange. Using the site means you understand the practices below. We design the product so you can swap wallet-to-wallet without creating a lasting user dossier.
1. About ToSwap
ToSwap is a non-custodial swap rail: no hosted balances in your name, no KYC onboarding for a standard order, and no permanent customer profile. An Exchange ID exists so you (or support) can reopen a live order for up to 24 hours; after that window the order page is deleted from our systems.
2. Data We Collect
A normal swap does not require an account, email signup, or identity upload. We process only what that single order needs to settle.
Order / chain data: While an order is live we handle the deposit and payout addresses you supply, amounts, asset/network labels, and on-chain references needed to detect deposit and send payout. That operational record is tied to the Exchange ID — not to a named KYC profile — and is removed after the 24-hour retention window.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
ToSwap is built to avoid identity dossiers. For standard swaps we do not collect:
- Government ID, selfies, or other KYC documents
- Hosted exchange balances or trading account histories
- Device fingerprints, browser telemetry, or IP addresses used as a user profile
4. How We Use Your Data
Operational order data is used only to:
- Execute and status-track the wallet-to-wallet swap you initiated
- Respond to lawful requests when we are legally required to do so
We do not sell personal data, rent mailing lists, or run advertising profiles from swap activity.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Browser storage stays minimal and functional.
- Local preferences: Theme and language choices may stay in your browser so the UI matches your last visit.
We do not deploy analytics suites, ad pixels, or cross-site trackers. Disabling cookies in your browser may reset those local preferences only.
6. Data Security
We apply customary safeguards for a web swap interface, including:
- TLS encryption for traffic between your browser and toswap.io
- Restricted access to systems that process live order data
- Ongoing review of security posture for the public site
No internet service is perfectly secure. You use ToSwap understanding residual risk remains.
7. Data Retention
Unlike venues that keep multi-year KYC ledgers, ToSwap keeps live order pages and related platform logs for 24 hours from creation. After deletion they are not available from our systems for later browsing. Save the Exchange ID yourself if you may need support during that window.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection relating to personal data we still hold. Because we do not maintain KYC profiles or hosted balances, the practical scope is usually limited to any live order data still within the retention window.

9. Children

We may update this Privacy Policy. The new text and “Last Updated” date will appear on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised policy.
