ToSwap is a leading privacy-first, NO-KYC cryptocurrency exchange built for wallet-to-wallet transfers. Continuing to use the service means you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, stop using toswap.io immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Starting a swap, viewing quotes, or otherwise interacting with ToSwap binds you to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any notices we publish on the site. Together they form a binding contract between you and ToSwap.
2. Eligibility
You may use ToSwap only if you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By proceeding you represent that:
- You satisfy the age and capacity rules that apply where you live.
- You are not present in, and are not a resident of, a comprehensively sanctioned territory — including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions — or any other territory we may exclude.
- You are not named on an applicable sanctions or restricted-persons list.
- Your use of toswap.io will obey the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Services Provided
ToSwap provides a NO-KYC, non-custodial swap interface. You move value from a wallet you control to a payout address you paste — without funding a hosted ToSwap trading balance.
We do not hold your private keys and do not operate a custodial wallet product. Loss of keys, seed phrases, or device access is solely your responsibility.
Typical flow: no signup, no identity dossier, and no permanent order archive under your name. You broadcast the deposit shown on the order; payout lands at the address you entered. Live order pages remain look-upable by Exchange ID for 24 hours, then are removed from our systems.
4. Compliance
You remain responsible for complying with local law, tax rules, and sanctions restrictions. Questions about an order can be sent to [email protected] with the Exchange ID.
5. User Responsibilities
When you use ToSwap you agree to:
- Protect your own stack: Keep wallets, devices, and recovery material secure. We are not liable for compromised or misplaced keys.

- Enter accurate order details: Double-check payout address, amount, asset, and network badge. Confirmed blockchain sends cannot be undone.
- Accept crypto risk: Volatility, network congestion, software bugs, and regulatory shifts can affect timing and value.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not use ToSwap to:
- Commit fraud or other unauthorized or illegal acts.
- Launder funds, finance terrorism, or dodge sanctions.
- Move proceeds of crime.
- Attack, overload, scrape abusively, or otherwise disrupt toswap.io or related infrastructure.
- Bypass security or compliance controls.
- Violate any law or third-party right through the service.
We may block access and, where required, notify competent authorities if we reasonably suspect prohibited use.
7. Privacy and Data
ToSwap does not ask you to open an account for a standard swap. We avoid building KYC profiles and do not store user balances. Operational data is limited as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Transaction Fees
Service fees are already reflected in the quote you see before you confirm. Network (miner/validator) fees are set by each chain and can change with congestion. Confirming an order means you accept the displayed rate and fee structure for that moment.
9. Risks and Disclaimers
Market volatility: Prices can move between quote, deposit, and payout. ToSwap is not responsible for mark-to-market losses.
Infrastructure risk: Blockchains, wallets, ISPs, and browsers can fail, congest, or be attacked. We do not promise unbroken uptime or perfect delivery.
Third-party networks: Settlement depends on chains we do not control. Delays or failed inclusions on those networks are outside our liability.
No advice: Nothing on toswap.io is investment, legal, or tax advice. You decide whether a swap is appropriate for you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToSwap, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for direct or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including without limitation:
- Loss of crypto from user error, wallet compromise, or chain failures.
- Losses tied to rate moves between quote and settlement.
- Unauthorized use of your keys or devices.
- Slow or stuck deposits caused by underpriced fees or mempool backlog.
- Steps taken to satisfy legal process, including refusing or interrupting a transfer.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify ToSwap, its operators, affiliates, and personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised text and a new “Last Updated” date will appear on this page. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law, ignoring conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Disputes connected to ToSwap or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration where that remedy is allowed, unless mandatory local law requires another forum.
14. Termination
We may limit, suspend, or end access to the platform when we believe these Terms were broken, when law requires it, or for other operational reasons. Ending access does not erase obligations that already accrued.
